Leeds-based property company Adair Paxton has announced the acquisition of boutique estate agency Hudson Moody Wass.
Hudson Moody Wass was founded in 2001 and features a rental portfolio which includes over 200 landlords.
The acquisition is the third conducted by Adair Paxton in a decade, the company now employs over 30 employees who offer services in residential and commercial property in Leeds, Horsforth and Abel.
Commenting on the merger, Guy Roberts, director at Adair Paxton, said: ” Hudson Moody Wass has established a substantial residential rentals portfolio, worth more than £50m, in Leeds city centre, where tenant demand is currently soaring.
“When this is combined with the city’s phenomenal rate of growth, it makes it a really exciting time for both Leeds and city living as a whole, and this acquisition will help to further cement our position at the forefront of Leeds’s property market.”
