Manchester-based Build to Rent (BtR) and property management company, Ascend, has announced a “record” 2019, achieveing a 30% year-on-year increase in turnover to £3.4m.
In the same period, Ascend “bolstered” its BtR partnerships, bringing the total number of units under management to 4,000. It is also in the process of finalising partnerships with institutions regarding even larger BtR contracts that will be brought on board in 2020.
The firm also has offices in Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, Leeds and London.
