Connells Group has announced three new promotions to strengthen its land and new homes management team.
Roger Barrett has been promoted to Connells Group land and new homes managing director. His role will include leading a team of nearly 100 land and new home experts as well as taking responsibility over all land and new homes across the company.
He joins Ian Berry and Jason Howes, who have been appointed as land and new homes managing directors for Connells Group’s largest estate agency businesses. Berry has been appointed to the role for Connells Residential and Howes for Sequence UK.
The new appointments have over 85 years’ combined experience in the group.
