Estate agent Keller Williams UK has appointed regional head of training, Gaven Swan, to the position of team leader at its KW Prime Market Centre in London.
The firm said Swan carries an “abundance of knowledge” both in real estate and in the company’s systems, models and tools.
Swan said he will also continue with his training workshops, which will be “open for all to attend”.
He added: “Being part of Keller Williams has taken me on an incredible journey already, and I couldn’t be more delighted to announce my switch to becoming team leader for KW Prime.
“My passion for training and business development have not faded one bit. In fact, my new appointment has enabled me to hone in on my passion for helping others, working with agents one-to-one each day and to get them into production by teaching them the best tactics in the game.”
The announcement comes after Keller Williams appointed two new agents to its KW Oxygen branch in south Oxfordshire.
Ryan Toms, ex-head of lettings for Savills, and Paul Dunford-Brown, company director for Dunford-Brown Residential and ex-sales manager for Chancellors, have both joined the company earlier this week.
