Leaders Roman Group (LRG) has acquired Oxford-based lettings and sales business Scottfraser.
Scottfraser was established in 1998 by previous owners David Blythman, Andrew Greenwood and Peter Scott, and now has five offices across Oxford.
Following LRG’s acquisition of QB Management in 2014, Leaders already had a presence in Headington. LRG also reported that all Scottfraser branches will remain under the Scottfraser branding.
Matt Light, group mergers and acquisitions director, comments: “We are excited to welcome another strong business into the group and are delighted to have another 67 valued employees join LRG, too.
“We are confident that business will continue as normal for our acquired Scottfraser clients, and that they will continue to benefit from the excellent customer service that they have come to know and expect.”
Earlier this year, LRG acquired Cardiff-based residential sales and lettings agency Moginie James.
The business is owned by Nick James, who founded the agency in 2001 with then-business partner, Peter Moginie.
