Digital estate agency, love2move, has partnered with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB), resulting in an increase of services that are available to the public.
The new plan with MAB allows love2move’s network, which is made up of approximately 40 independent high street agents, to “utilise a range of specialist mortgage services.”
The collaboration will also allow love2move consumers to have access to over 1,000 MAB professional advisers, offering mortgage and protection advice.
Georgina Cox, co-founder of love2move, said: “We are thrilled to announce the partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau, which shares our commitment to providing expert, local support to homebuyers and sellers.
“As a result, we are now able to not only combine the benefit of online transactions with the local knowledge and presence of experienced high street agents, but also offer through our network members that are not currently generating mortgage referrals expert advice with access to more than 12,000 products from in excess of 90 lenders.”
Peter Brodnicki, CEO of Mortgage Advice Bureau, added: “We’re excited to be working with love2move – they have a forward-thinking business model in an increasingly competitive market. It is a good fit for us as both firms harness the power of technology to best meet the needs of the modern-day customer.
“At the heart of our business has always been quality advice and we aim to support love2move with our national postcode coverage. This will mean that all love2move customers are now able to seek mortgage and protection advice early in the home buying and selling process.”
