Connells estate agency in Coventry has announced it is to start marketing The Silk Works, a range of one and two bedroom apartments in the city’s iconic former Courtaulds Factory.
It said it will hold a launch event for buyers on 29 February from 10.30am – 5pm.
Restored by developer St Philips Homes Ltd, The Silk Works is a historic textiles factory dating back to 1905 that specialised in the production of silk ribbon. The iconic building has now been transformed into a collection of 58 apartments located just a short distance from Coventry city centre.
