London estate agent Lurot Brand has announced its expansion into North London.
The specialist mews agency, founded in 1971, has opened a new branch in Belsize Village NW3.
Before the North London opening, Lurot Brand operated from three other locations in Hyde Park, South Kensignton and Notting Hill.
The Belsize Park opening was “spurred on” by the mews expert agency receiving increasing demands from property owners and prospective buyers who were looking to sell or purchase a mews property north of Regent’s Park NW1.
It is now hoping to build its reputation as “the go-to mews specialist”.
Noah Perlman will head up the Belsize Village office. He is a north London resident with over 10 years of local area property knowledge in Belsize Park, Hampstead and Camden.
James Robinson, general manager of Lurot Brand, said: “We are delighted to appoint Noah
Pearlman to head up this exciting new chapter in the company’s growth.
“We are confident that adding a new office to our postcode reach will be welcomed by old and new clients alike, as they recognise that no other company understands the mews market quite like we do.”
Pearlman said: “I am thrilled to join Lurot Brand as their North London mews specialist. My career in property has covered everything from railway arches to property gems, so joining the mews community encompasses everything I love about property from the quirky to the architectural.”
He added: “Bringing Lurot Brand’s unique approach and mews knowledge to North London provides an opportunity to showcase some of the incredible mews across Belsize Village, Hampstead, Camden and St John’s Wood.”
