Estate agents Dacre, Son and Hartley has promoted Ben Buckley to the role of branch manager.
Buckley will now manage the firm’s Pateley Bridge office, joining lettings manager Donna Fryer, and experienced senior sales negotiator Alison Reilly, who has been with the business for 17 years.
Paul Baxter, area director at Dacre’s said: “Ben has plenty of sales experience, a keen interest in property, as well as sound knowledge of the local property market.
“With a proven-track record for delivering on his promises to our much-valued customers, he will help to continue growing our market share in this popular part of North Yorkshire. Our offices in Harrogate town centre also provide a prominent shop window for our Nidderdale clients.”
Earlier this month, Dacres Harrogate branch appointed Karin Fitz as its new sales negotiator, alongside Georgie Williams who was promoted as its sales manager.
Fitz has multi-national estate agency experience and a focus on customer service and joins the team of five at Albert Street in Harrogate town centre.
Williams joined Dacres from Bradford Grammar School as a customer services sales representative at its head office in Ilkley nearly four years ago. She said: “I started working for Dacres in Ilkley after a few months studying at The University of Manchester.
