Home Made has appointed Jo Green as its new head of business to further develop its business-to-business arm.
Green joins Home Made from prop-tech firm Ideal Flatmate where she was UK sales director, having previously held the role of director of PRS and build to rent client services at LSL’s PRSim.
With over 20 years of business development experience, expansive expertise in the sector and in-depth knowledge of the Build to Rent (BtR) space.
She joins the prop-tech firm to further enhance its property portfolio, which already consists of over four thousand residencies. Home Made’s latest BtR development launched this year called Vonder Village in Brentford, where Home Made and Vonder managed to secure over 50% occupancy rate within only three weeks, achieving rental values 20-25% above comparable local rents.
Green said: “I am hugely excited to be joining a company that is transforming the lettings industry with a unique model delivering unrivalled results. Home Made’s approach, underpinned by some ground-breaking tech, is reducing the time it takes to lease-up schemes and frequently over delivering on ERV’s.
“With so many letting agencies over promising and under delivering it is so exciting to join a company who has been testing and refining their model for over 2 years and can now bring actual transactional results to the sector. The value to BtR clients is huge and I look forward to working closely with Home Made and its partners to continue the impressive growth they have already achieved.”
Asaf Navot, founder and CEO, added: “We’re on a mission to change the perception of the lettings industry, using tech to make finding the perfect tenant pain-free, transparent, fair, and more enjoyable. We’re delighted to welcome Jo Green to the Home Made team and know her expertise will be of great value as we continue to grow our B2B portfolio.”
