BriefYourMarket have announced the launch of a prospecting solution designed to be integrated with CRM providers across the sector.
The new tool, dubbed BuildYourMarket, aims to “solve the disconnect” between on-market and CRM data, and has been backed by former LSL director, David Newnes.
BriefYourMarket claim their new software “leverages an estate agent’s local market knowledge with their historic customer data and on-market property movement”.
The programme works by searching across multiple data sources to find new instructions coming onto the market, as well as information concerning fallen sales or price changes of properties. The data, which integrates with agents’ CRM systems, is presented in an online dashboard.
The findings will allow agents to see if new sellers are registered as one of their buyers, or previously carried out valuations with them. The agents can then choose from automated or controlled contact patterns with clients that will put them in “the best position to be chosen to give a second valuation, and even to help the seller find a property to buy”.
The tool will also trigger automated contact on fallen sales, sold properties, withdrawals and price changes.
Newnes said: “It’s like having an additional member of the team in the branch totally focused on prospecting, who is never on holiday, never off sick, never too busy, but at a fraction of the cost.
“The automated telephony adds another significant layer of benefits on top. Being able to set a maximum monthly budget means controlling costs is also very straightforward.”
Proptech entrepreneur Damon Bullimore, who also backs the programme, added: “BuildYourMarket will completely change how agents are able to exert their market position over their competitors.
