Zoopla has announced the launch of a new partnership with Cameron Homes, a UK house builder that has operated across central England for over 20 years.
Following the partnership, which was signed in January of this year, the property platform will now list ten developments across both the Cameron Homes and Galliers brands.
The move follows Zoopla’s “significant investment” into its new homes offering, which is “underpinned” by a strategy to revise its new homes functionality on the portal, as well as digital marketing products, such as Adreach, that work to target new homes buyers.
News of the partnership also follows the recent development that Shoreditch-based Base Property Specialists are now listing with Zoopla exclusively.
The partnership also follows the arrival of Gleeson to Zoopla in 2020, as well as partnerships with Weston Homes, Duchy Homes and Edenstone Homes in 2019.
Alex Rose, director of Zoopla New Homes, said: “Cameron’s return to Zoopla is a further indication that our investment in new homes is reaping rewards for our customers.
“Not only have we revamped our New Homes portal to optimise the consumer journey and ensure listings best represent each individual home within a development, but we’ve developed helpful tools for housebuilders to boost engagement with consumers through social media channels.”
He added: “We’re focussed on maintaining this level of momentum throughout 2020 and beyond, with further innovations in the pipeline set to benefit housebuilders and developers of all sizes.”
Carolanne Dieleman, group sales and marketing director at Cameron Homes, said: “Cameron and Galliers both have an outstanding reputation for quality and customer service. As part of our growth plans, we recognise the value of working with Zoopla, harnessing its data-led approach.”
